GPR34 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. It is similar to the P2Y receptor subfamily. GPR34 has been reported to be expressed in the brain, particularly in caudate, frontal cortex, putamen, and thalamus, as well as in eye, liver, and testis. ESTs have been isolated from adipose, B-cell/lung/testis, eye, liver/spleen, placenta, tonsil, and uterus libraries.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
