GPR43 is classified as a Carboxylic Acid GPCR. The location of this receptor in the immune system is suggestive of potential roles in immune cell function and hematopoiesis. GPR43 has been reported primarily in immune cells including monocytes and neutrophils. An EST has been isolated from a Human pancreatic library.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 11ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Human spleen, neutorphils
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
