GPR52 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. It has been identified from the high-throughput genome (HTG) database and subsequently cloned. It is localized to human chromosome 1. An EST has been isolated from a breast library.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 3-9ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
