TM7XN1/GPR56 is an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. TM7XN1 has been reported to be expressed in brain, heart, and thyroid. Increased expression has been seen in glioblastoma and astrocytoma. ESTs have been isolated from a wide variety of tissue libraries.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 4-21ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
