GPR62 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. GPR62 has been reported to be expressed in several brain regions, including basal forebrain, frontal cortex, caudate, putamen, thalamus, and hippocampus. ESTs have been isolated from anaplastic oligodendroglioma and ovarian thecoma fibroma libraries. mouse and rat brain libraries have also been used to isolate ESTs.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 18ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
