GPR63 (PSP24 Beta) is a Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid Receptor. GPR63 expression has been reported in several brain regions, including caudate, frontal cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain, and thalamus, as well as in small intestine, stomach, and thymus. ESTs have been isolated from anaplastic oligodendroglioma, colon, and testis cancer libraries. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 12ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Brain, Neurons and glia Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
