The G protein-coupled receptor GPR80/GPR99/P2Y15 is similar to the purinergic P2Y receptors. GPR80/GPR99 is primarily expressed in kidney, and lower levels in colon and placenta. An EST has been isolated from an eye library. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 19-38ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human kidney Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
