GPR83 is a member of the Orphan-A G-Protein coupled receptor family, and has anunknown ligand. It has been previously reported in various regions of the brain, within asubset of T-lymphocytes, and by RT-PCR at low levels in heart, kidney, liver, and otherorgans.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:10
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 9-18ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
