GPR97 is an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. GPR97 is expressed exclusively in pre-B and pre-T cells in the thymus but not in mature lymphoid or non-lymphoid tissues. ESTs have been isolated from spleen libraries.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 15-30ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
