GPR12 has been identified as a constitutively active Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid receptor. GPR12 expression has been reported primarily in the central nervous system. Rat transcripts have been identified at low levels in testis and pituitary gland. ESTs have been isolated from Human brain and eye libraries, as well as mouse brain, genitourinary tract, and liver libraries.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
