Applications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. \nOther applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O with 0.1% merthiolate. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C.\nReconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
