GADD45B, Recombinant, Human (MYD118)

GADD45B is a member of GADD45 family (GADD45 alpha, beta, and gamma) that are nuclear proteins to interact with various proteins implicated in stress responses and cell-cycle-related proteins. The function of GADD45 proteins is involved in growth-regulatory mechanisms and apoptosis. GADD45B is necessary for adult neurogenesis, including brain-derived neurotrophic factor and fibroblast growth factor.
