Galectin-9 BioAssay(TM) ELISA Development kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and Recombinant Human Galectin-9. The suggested diluent is suitable for the analysis of most cell culture supernate samples. Diluents for complex matrices, such as serum and plasma, should be evaluated prior to use. Each kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on approximately 15x96-well plates, provided that the following conditions are met: The assay is run as summarized in the General ELISA protocol. The recommended microplates, buffers, diluents, substrates and solutions are used. Specificity: Recombinant protein corresponding to human Galectin-9 expressed in E. coli. Range: ~93.8-6000pg/ml Kit Components: 1. Capture Antibody, 1x1vial 2. Detection Antibody, 1x1vial 3. Recombinant Standard, 1x3vials 4. Streptavidin conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (Streptavidin-HRP), 1x1vial Note: Plates not included in Development Kit Storage and Stability: Store powder at 4 degrees C liquid at -20 degrees C. Store other components at 4 degrees C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
