Genomic DNA, Human Adult Normal, Peripheral Blood Leukocyte, Single Donor, BioGenomics(TM)

DNA is isolated by proprietary modified guanidine thiocyanate techniques. \n\nQuality Control:\n1. The quality and purity of genomic DNA were tested by spectrophotometer and electrophoresis. A260/280 is between 1.8 and 2.0 detected in 10mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.5.\n2. RNase treatment to ensure the RNA contamination is eliminated. \n3. Hind III digestion test: genomic DNA was successfully digested by Hind III. \n4. b-Actin expression was tested by PCR amplification for Genomic DNA or PCR ready genomic DNA. \n5. GAPDH expression was tested by Real Time PCR for 96 well tumor genomic DNA plate.\n\nNote: Though some of Small Size Genomic DNA can be used for southern blot analysis, we strongly recommend customers use our Genomic DNA product line for southern blot studies. All plant genomic DNA concentration was measured by pico green method to assure the true quantity. Due to the characteristics of plant genomic DNA, the concentration measured by UV is about 4 times more than the true value.\n\nDonor Information:\nAs reported\n\nStorage and Stability: \nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
