Glial Filament Protein, Bovine

Applications:\nSuitable for use as a Protein standard in 1D and 2D SDS gel electrophoresis, in Immunoassays and for Immunization.\n\nIsoelectric Point:\npI 5.4.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
