GPR73A is a Prokineticin/EG-VEGF Receptor. Prokineticin 1 acts through this receptor to stimulate angiogenesis and the contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle.GPR73A expression has been reported in adrenal, peripheral blood leukocytes, brain, colon, pancreas, prostate, rectum, salivary gland, small intestine, spleen, stomach, testis, and thyroid. No human ESTs have been identified.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 13ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
