GPCR73B is a Prokineticin/EG-VEGF Receptor. Prokineticin 2 acts through this receptor to regulate the SCN-controlled sleep/wake cycle as well as feeding and endocrine circadian rhythms. GPCR73B expression has been reported in brain, ovary, salivary gland, small intestine (ileocecum), testis, and thyroid. No human ESTs have been identified.

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 17-23ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
