Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) (Biotin)

Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is a potent stimulator of bone marrow cells, especially those of neutrophil lineage. In addition, G-CSF can enhance the survival and activate the immunological functions of mature neutrophils. \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applciations not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human G-CSF protein levels. \nWestern Blot: 1-5ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) detects (same/less than) 100ng/lane of recombinant human G-CSF under reducing conditions.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
