Applications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nPeptide ELISA: 1:32,000. \nWestern blot: Approx 30kD band seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3ug/ml.\nStaining (2ug/ml) of Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 35ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.\nImmunohistochemistry: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil, stains mantle zone and to a lessser extent germinal centre. \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
