Recombinant Human Pituitary Growth Hormone produced in E. coli is a single, non- glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 22367 Dalton. Pituitary Growth Hormone is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.\n\nSource:\nRecombinant Human Growth Hormone expressed in E. coli.\n\nBiological Activity:\nPituitary Growth Hormone is fully biologically active when compared to World Health Organization (WHO) reference standard.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored between -20 degrees C and -70C. Reconstitute with PBS or NH4HCO3. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. When diluting to below 10ug/ml, the diluted solution should contain a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with sterile 10mM PBS, pH 8.0 or 10mM NH4HCO3 pH 8.0. When diluting to below 10ug/ml, the diluted solution should contain a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) to avoid non-specific absorption of the hGH to plastic tubes.
