Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Human) is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of GHRH in human serum, plasma, Tissue Homogenates, Cell Lysates, Cell Culture Supernatants and Other Biological Fluids.\n\nDetection Range:\n12.35-1000pg/ml\n\nSensitivity:\n(same/less than)6.15pg/ml\n\nIntra-Assay: \nCV <10% \n\nInter-Assay: \nCV <12%\n\nKit Components:\n*025511A: Microtiter Plate, 1x96 wells, Pre-coated, ready to use\n*025511B: Standard, 2x1vialпїЅ\n025511C: Standard Diluent, 1x20ml\n*025511D: Detection Reagent A, 1x120ulпїЅ\n*025511E: Detection Reagent B, 1x120ulпїЅ\n025511F: Assay Diluent A, 2x, 1x6ml\n025511G: Assay Diluent B, 2x, 1x6ml\n025511H: TMB Substrate, 1x9ml\n025511K: Stop Solution, 1x6ml\n025511L: Wash Buffer, 30X, 1x20ml\n\nPrecaution:\nThe Stop Solution (025511K) suggested for use with this kit is an acid solution. Wear eye, hand, face, and clothing protection when using this material.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStore *025511A, *025511B, *025511D and *025511E at -20 degrees C. Store all the other components at 4 degrees C. Unused kit is stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vials after thawing and prior to removing the cap.\n\nAssay Procedure Summary:\n1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards.\n2. Add 50ul standard or sample to each well, then add 50ul working Detection Reagent A immediately. Shake and mix. Incubate 1 hour at 37 degrees C.\n3. Aspirate and wash 3 times.\n4. Add 100ul working Detection Reagent B. Incubate 30 minutes at 37 degrees C.\n5. Aspirate and wash 5 times.\n6. Add 90ul 025511H: Substrate Solution. Incubate 15-25 minutes at 37 degrees C.\n7. Add 50ul 025511K: Stop Solution. Read at 450nm immediately.
