Approx 25kD band observed in Human Brain lysates (calculated MW of 26.9kD according to NP_004484). A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at appr 38kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Staining (0.3ug/ml) of Human Brain lysate (RIPA buffer, 30ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
