Established from the lung of a 39-year-old woman with non-small cell lung cancer of the adenocarcinoma type; matched EBV+ B-lymphoblastoid cell line (B-LCL) is available (HCC-827BL). This lung adenocarcinoma has an acquired mutation in the EGFR tyrosine kinase domain (E746 - A750 deletion).
