HIV-1 gag, p24, Strain IIIB, Recombinant (Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1) (FITC)

Recombinant p24 HIV-1 covalently coupled to FITC of 0.7nm diameter. \n\nConcentration: ~0.5mg/ml\n\nCoupling Ratio: \n~2-4 FITC molecules per mole of p24. \n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry and T-Cell research. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nWestern Blot: 1:50\nImmunocytochemistry: 1:500\nOptimal dilutions should be determined by the researcher\n\nStorage and Stability:\nAliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
