HIV-1 tat, Strain IIIB, Recombinant (Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1) (Biotin)

Coupling Ratio: \n~10-20 moles of biotin per mole tat. \n\nBiological Activity: \nBiotin tat binds to solid phase murine anti-tat mAb as determined by capture ELISA using strepavidin-HRP as a secondary reagent.\n\nApplications:\nA dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. 1. ELISA may be performed in 1:1000 dilution range depending on the concentration of the test ligand and specificity and sensitivity of the secondary reagents. tat/anti-tat mAb capture ELISA may be performed in 100ng mAb in solid phase and 1-10ng of biotin-tat.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStable for 6 months at 4 degrees C.
