HT29 Cell Lysate

HT29 cells that produce carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and are human intestinal epithelial cells which produce the secretory component of immunoglobulin A (IgA). These cells are used for tumorigenicity studies. The lysate is a good positive control for keratin 18, keratin 20, the protooncogene cyclin D1. \n\nApplication:\nSuitable for Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 10-20ug per lane for mini gel\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
