HTLV-1 env, Recombinant (Human T Cell Leukemia Virus)

Recombinant HTLV-I envelope spanning the C-terminus of gp36 and most of p21E (631aa). Does not contain a fusion partner. Immunoreactive with human HTLV-I and HTLV-II positive sera with antibody response to HTLV envelope.\n \nSource: E. coli\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
