Human bone marrow mononuclear cells are isolated from whole bone marrow of a single donor. This heterogeneous cell population allows researchers to isolate various cell types of the immune system. Human bone marrow mononuclear cells contain CD34+ stem cells. Human bone marrow mononuclear cells enable researchers to investigate the immune system, stem cells, and regenerative medicine. In addition, they may be used for developmental studies.
