Human Intra-Hepatic Biliary Epithelial Cells are isolated from normal human liver. These cells line the lumen of the intrahepatic bile ducts and can be used to study the processes intra-hepatic biliary epithelial cells undergo in immunologic roles in both innate and adaptive immune responses. The Human Primary Intra-Hepatic Biliary Epithelial Cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and can be cultured and propagated for up to 10 doublings before senescence. T25 flasks is required for cell adhension to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with 5% CO2. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml.
