Human Leptomeningeal Pericytes are isolated from normal human leptomeningeal layer which surrounds the brain in the central nervous system. They can be used in virto to study hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, atherosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer�s disease, and tumor angiogenesis as these pericytes have roles in these processes. The cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and delivered frozen. T25 flasks is required for cell adhension to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with 5% CO2. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml.
