Human Trabecular Meshwork Cells (HTMC) are isolated from the juxtacanalicular and corneoscleral regions of human eye. HTMC are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HTMC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to ?-smooth muscle actin and fibronectin. HTMC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HTMC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
