HyperPAGE II is a broad range protein marker prestained with different fluorescent dyes. It resolves into 9 sharp and clearly identifiable bands with molecular weights ranging from 10 to 250kDa. The green 10kDa band and bright orange 70kDa band serve as useful reference indicators. The marker is supplied in a convenient ready-to-load format; eliminating the need to heat, reduce, dilute or add loading dyes. HyperPAGE II is suitable for monitoring migration efficiency in SDS-PAGE and protein transfer from gel to membrane in Western blotting, without the addition of staining dye. Prestained protein markers are suitable for determining the approximate molecular weights of proteins.
