CD275 is a member of the B7 family, and interaction with its receptor CD278 (ICOS) plays an important role in T cell co- stimulation and inflammatory immune reactions. CD275 is expressed on activated B-cells, monocytes and dendritic cells and is also induced on non-lymphoid \ntissue cells such as endothelial cells, epithelial cells and muscle cells. CD275 has an important physiological role in the reactivation of effector/memory T cells on the endothelium, thus controlling entry of immune cells into inflamed tissue. The CD278-CD275 pathway is thought to be critical in the immune response to transplants, allergies and autoimmune diseases. \n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow cytometry. \n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nHybridoma: \nFusion Partners Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the P3U1 myeloma cell line. \n\nRecommended Negative Controls \nMouse IgG1 Negative Control:R-PE \n\nStorage and Stability:\n\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C before opening.DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4C. Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
