Label: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) (Molecular Weight 390 daltons)\n\nAbsorption Wavelength: 495 nm\n\nEmission Wavelength: 528 nm\n\nFluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.3 moles FITC per mole of Rabbit IgG\n\nApplication(s): Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays. Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution(s): Not specified. Optimal titers for applications should be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage Conditions: Store vial at 4 degrees C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage mix product with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at-20 degrees C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of restoration.
