Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional info: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-sheep IgG and anti-sheep serum.
