Applications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 5ug/ml. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.\nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nRecommended Negative Controls: \nI1904-76L1: Rat IgG1 Negative Control: FITC. \n\nHybridoma: \nSpleen cells from immunized LOU/c rats were fused with cells of the rat IR983F myeloma cell line.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
