Applications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nELISA: 1:25,600-1:51,200\nImmunohistochemistry (Frozen sections): 1:40-1:80. Can also be used with paraffin sections.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nIHC Positive Control: \nTonsil\n\nStorage and Stability\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
