Human IL-9 ELISA Cytokine Development kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant Human IL-9 in a sandwich ELISA format. Using the ELISA protocol described below, the recommended microplates, reagents and solutions, the components supplied in this kit are sufficient to assay Human IL-9 in approximately 1000 ELISA plate wells.\n\nDetection Range:\n50-3000pg/ml\n\nCross Reactivity:\nWhen tested at 50ng/ml the following antigens exhibited less than 1% cross reactivity: Human IL-2, IL-6\nWhen tested at 50ng/ml the following antigens did not exhibit significant cross reactivity: Human IL-2R alpha, IL-6R alpha, IL-12, IL-13, IL-15 Murine IL-9\n\nReconstitution and Storage:\n\nCapture Antibody: \n50ug of antigen-affinity purified rabbit anti-Human IL-9 containing 2.5mg D-mannitol.\nCentrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 0.5ml sterile water for a concentration of 100ug/ml.\n?Detection Antibody: \n50ug of biotinylated antigen-affinity purified rabbit anti-Human IL-9 containing 2.5mg D-mannitol.\nCentrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 0.5ml sterile water for a concentration of 100ug/ml.?\nHuman IL-9 Standard: \n1ug of recombinant Human IL-9 containing 2.2mg BSA, 11.0mg D-mannitol.\nCentrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 1ml sterile water for a concentration of 1ug/ml.\n?Note:\nThe reconstituted components are stable for 2 weeks when stored at 2-8 degrees C.\nComponents that have been reconstituted and aliquoted can be stored at -20 degrees C for up to 6 months.\n?Avidin-HRP Conjugate: \n60ul vial. Upon receipt, Avidin-HRP conjugate should be aliquoted into ten 6ul vials and?stored at -20 degrees C or lower. Aliquots stored frozen at below -20 degrees C are stable for up to 2 years from date of receipt. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle.
