IL28RA is a class II cytokine receptor that interacts with IL10RB to bind IL28A, IL28B, and IL29, which are related to type I interferons. These ligands play a critical role in response to microbial challenge and activate the JAK/STAT signaling system. It heterodimers with IL10RB. There are 4 isoforms as result of alternative splicing. It is widely expressed. IL28RA belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family, and contains 1 fibronectin type III domain.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:100-1:1000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
