ImmoMix is a complete ready-to-go heat activated 2x reaction mix for carrying out primer extensions which only requires the user to add water, template and primers, and then to pre-heat to 95 C. ImmoMix dramatically decreases the amount of time needed to set up reactions, thereby reducing the risk of contamination. Also, by minimising the number of pipetting steps, greater reproducibility is ensured. Mg Cl2 concentration is 1.5mM and an extra tube of Mg cl2 is supplied if user needs a higher concentration.
