ImmoMix Red is a complete ready-to-go heat activated 2x reaction mix for carrying out primer extensions which only requires the user to add water, template and primers, and then to pre-heat to 95 C. ImmoMix Red dramatically decreases the amount of time needed to set up reactions, thereby reducing the risk of contamination. Also, by minimising the number of pipetting steps, greater reproducibility is ensured. ImmoMix Red contains a non-toxic, non-hazardous red dye, allowing users to ensure adequate mixing. After the reactions are completed, they can be loaded directly onto a gel, without the need to add loading buffer.
