Murine CD107b is also known as MAC-3 and LAMP-2. CD107b is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is associated with lysosomal membranes and is primarily expressed on mononuclear phagocytes. Expression of CD107b does vary between cell populations and the molecular weight of CD107b can vary between 92-120kD. Studies suggest that CD107b may be involved in leukocyte adhesion.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
