Recombinant Murine MCP-3 produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 74 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8510 Dalton. \n\nBiological Activity: Murine MCP-3 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The specific activity as determined by the ability of Murine MCP-3 to chemoattract Balb/C mouse spleen MNCs at 10-100ng/ml.\n\nAA Sequence:\nQPDGPNASTC CYVKKQKIPK RNLKSYRRIT SSRCPWEAVI FKTKKGMEVC AEAHQKWVEE AIAYLDMKTP TPKP \n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
