Human Promatrilysin is produced by DNA recombinant procedure in E. coli. Human Promatrilysin is refolded from the inclusion body. Its amino acid sequence is the same as native. \n\nAppearance: Clear solution\n\nSpecific Activity: ? 1400u/mg protein\n\nApplication:\nSuitable for use as a calibrator or control serum. Other applicatons not tested.\n\nPrecautions: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Repeated free and thaw may cause proteolytic cleavage for self-activation.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nAliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
