Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) is a targeted quantitative proteomics research method for target protein. MRM, based on information about the target molecule, selectively chooses data for mass spectrometry data collection, collecting signals that meet the criteria of target ions and eliminating that of ions that do not meet the criteria.
