Multiple Myeloma-PB-Mononuclear Cells are isolated from Multiple Myeloma-peripheral blood by diluting the blood with phosphate-buffered salineand using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. Multiple Myeloma-PBone MarrowNC products are available in both the newly diagnosed and the relapsed/refractory stages.
