Neomycin causes cell death by blocking protein synthesis. High concentrations of neomycin can cause toxicity in eukaryotic cells by interacting with mitochondrial ribosomes, and with reduced affinity, other eukaryotic ribosomes. Working concentration: 50ug/ml
