Neurofilament M, 150kD, phosphorylated (NF-M)

Applications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 1:5000 detects phospho-neurofilament, medium chain in a rat brain microsomal preparation. Lambda phosphatase treated and untreated rat brain microsomal preparations were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-Neurofilament, medium chain (1:5000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.\n\nImmunohistochemistry: Detects phospho-neurofilament in rat embryo spinal cords (1).\n\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
