Neurofilament M (Neurofilament Medium Polypeptide, NF-M, Neurofilament Triplet M Protein, 160kD Neurofilament Protein, Neurofilament 3, Nefm, Nef3, Nfm)

Neurofilament proteins consist of the light NF-L, medium NF-M and heavy NF-H subunits.Most neurons appear to express these proteins but their ratios and phosphorylation states are variable.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen) and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:1,000\nWestern Blot: 1:1,000-1:2,000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
