Neutrophils, blocking

Cat no: 045081

Neutrophils, blocking

Neutrophils are key components of the inflammatory response and as such contribute to the killing of microorganisms. In addition, recent evidence suggests their involvement in the development of the immune response. The Nimp-R14 mAb displays features of an optimal reagent allowing the selective depletion of mouse neutrophils in vivo.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Neutralization, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
